The House Fitness
Fitness Center in Modesto, CA

The renovation of this fitness facility included a weight room, spacious cardio equipment area, aerobics classroom, new locker rooms with shower facilities, and a childcare area.
The House Play Station, Game Zone, and Megabite Café
15,000 sq. ft.
The Play Station, Game Zone and Megabite Café are areas open to the public and are available for birthday party and event rentals.The party rooms have operable partition walls to accommodate groups of any size.The Megabite café is a full-serve coffee bar that has table seating for 40.
Multi-unit Ground-up Project
Commercial Structure in Rocklin, CA
12,000 sq. ft.
For this multiple-unit commercial building, Blue Northern Builders met the owner’s desire for a modern yet rustic look. The project involved the design and construction of a single-story structure that includes warehouse storage (with roll-up doors) at the rear and a parking lot for 35 vehicles.
Dr. Robert Apuy
Dentistry Office in Fresno, CA
3,942 sq. ft. office on 17,500 sq. ft. site
We built Dr. Apuy’s dental office project from the ground up, giving him the uniquely shaped building and decorative stonework he desired. An adjoining 17-space gated parking lot provides Dr. Apuy’s patients with a convenient place to park.
This project also required a 10’ by 45’ water tank with a holding capacity of 26,429 gallons, a drainage basin, and a rainwater drywell storage basin.
