These are not the normal words you would associate with a construction project but are the words we would use to describe our experience building with Blue Northern Builders, Inc. We are very happy to recommend Blue Northern Builders for your dental office projects. This build out was a major undertaking for my husband, as he is only in his first few years of practice. At our first meeting with Blue Northern, we felt extremely at ease and have an amazing completed project to show as proof of our happiness with the company.

We quickly found out that the promises made by Marc Davis and his team were much more than words, they were backed with the confidence of consistent, quality, customer care. This fact was evidenced when he literally gave us a list of over a hundred prior offices that they had built and invited us to contact any of them at random. When we visited Roseville, Marc guided us on a tour of recent completed projects, we could not believe the quality of work and the ease at which he communicated with the doctors and staff at the offices. We could find no reason to doubt his ethics and quality, therefore chose Blue Northern to complete our project.

The fact that Blue Northern is a family business was a huge draw for us. Family has an extended meaning in this case because everyone we worked with were treated like family and truly seemed satisfied with their job and company. The pride in their product was evident with every member of their team. We would like to take the opportunity to discuss some of the experiences we had with the various members of Team Blue Northern.

Marc Davis (CEO) we would describe as a straight shooter with an eye for what works and the work ethic to follow through on the details that he focuses on. He has the ability to sell his services so well because he was able to come down to our level (which in the world of construction is zero) and make us feel at ease. He did not haggle or try to drive up construction costs, he gave us honest opinions but did not try to discourage ideas or base construction off of what would be easiest for their company. He was very fair with the contract and if something did go wrong- Blue Northern was on site immediately to make it right. We could not have more respect for Marc, as the driving force behind a great company. His sons, Morgan and Casey, are assets to the company and are obvious up and coming leaders of Blue Northern.
